The territory is huge, but most of it is not well maintained. The reservoir is shallow. It is not very convenient to get there. The parking lot is large. It is very comfortable in a green, well-groomed part of the territory. This place is probably well suited for mass closed events. A lot of imperfections in the construction part are striking. In general, the potential of the restaurant and the recreation area is huge, but it takes a lot of investment of effort and money. God grant the owners to successfully master such a front of work.
