As you can imagine, my patience has run out…During this time, I heard the same thing and in addition: -If you are tired of waiting, we can issue a refund!!! Any attempts to find out more about the delay in the order were immediately silenced with an offer for a refund....
Spat, issued a refund…I turned to the headlight tuning guys in order to make something similar from my optics to what I wanted to order…They offered the option to order the same headlights as in this store, which I agreed to..And what do you think??? 2 weeks pass and the new, long-awaited optics are in my trunk..... Make the conclusion yourself... And I strongly do not recommend this store!!!!

I contacted the seller, clarified the deadlines, consulted with the car service master (I think that no one needs to explain that a good specialist always has a queue), he signed me up for a certain number and like a normal person I ordered the front fenders so that they would come a little earlier than the queue (you never know what, suddenly they will be delayed).
Three weeks have passed, the order time is coming, I'm writing...
... The manager responds: your order is slightly delayed.
Well, I think it's okay, I'll wait a little (because I calculated the time with a margin).
I waited a little bit, then a little bit more, and more ...
In the end, this situation started to bother me, I started to pull the manager, who told me that it turns out my wings haven't even started to do yet, it turns out that they have problems with the delivery of materials due to the difficult situation in the country.
As a result: I lost time, let down the master at the car service station, detained other people!
Well, I perfectly understand that times are hard, that various problems may arise, but DEAR SELLERS, MANAGERS AND OTHER EVIL SPIRITS, PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY YOU WERE SILENT ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS FOR A WHOLE MONTH, WHY DID YOU NOT IMMEDIATELY SAY THAT EVERYTHING IS SO BAD AND YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO FULFILL THE ORDER???
