Terrible attitude towards customers!
On 11/23/2024, a monitor was purchased. A month later, the image began to disappear, flashes appeared and the screen froze gray (not reacting to anything). The monitor was sent to the service center on January 10, 2025, after which, on January 22, 2025, it returned to the pick-up point without the conclusion of the service center inside (according to the manager, no defects were detected), I connected the monitor directly to the laptop at the pick-up point and the screen turned purple 5 minutes later from normal, again sent back to the service center having demanded that a similar product be provided free of charge at the time of the product's stay in the service center (to which the manager of the pick-up point replied: yes, we will leave a request, wait for them to call you back!) No document was issued that the product is being redirected back to the service center. Not waiting for any call the next day, I decided to dial myself
The call center operator listened and said: A replacement fountain is not provided for this product according to the law of the Republic of Belarus.
I think it's time for this office to write a letter to the right authority! The money is wasted, there is no product, the service center does not see anything.

After reading the reviews, I come to the conclusion about the degradation of the store. You can only buy something cheap, which is not a pity to throw away, or expensive, but not complicated, which does not require warranty repair.
Since December 30, the high-pressure washer gun has been cleaned, refusing to carry out warranty repairs. Is this cheating or sloppiness? Either they're waiting for spare parts, or they just didn't give a damn about the buyer. You can file a claim only via the Internet, they call you back, but they don't solve the issues. It's just awful. Honestly, I didn't expect such a disregard from employees of the 21st century in Belarus.
