Of the questions, probably more to the company itself, or the delivery service, why it takes longer to deliver to the pick-up point than to the next house by courier, it is not clear and strange. Of the disadvantages in relation to the company, I can name: 1.I do not always check the quality of the product after the return, and therefore the product may arrive in poor quality. 2. The policy of interaction with the manufacturer / supplier, in terms of the possibility of changing the appearance and components by the manufacturer without informing about it. On the other hand, the company provides an opportunity to safely abandon the product if such a situation occurs, but again it is very strange that it allows the possibility of selling a "pig in a poke".
