To the question posted on Viber "where is the product?", the standard phrase "the supplier has failed", "we offer another attempt at delivery, but again after waiting more than a month (38 days)", i.e. approximately on 03/11/2024. And this is after the product has been accepted for delivery and a notification has been sent? It seems that the product just went to someone else. Ok, we agreed to wait, but did not relax further, two more doors from other manufacturers were sequentially ordered. They brought the first door, but they couldn't lift it, they offered to help me, I refused, they scared me that maybe the delivery time with a reinforced crew would be long, but I didn't care anymore. Three days later, on the day of delivery, the movers called and said that it was defective, we refused the order. The next one was brought and also could not be lifted, again they offered to help me lift it, I again refused. They made it clear to me again that the delivery time could be significantly increased, I made it clear that I didn't care and they left. There was no ringing about the postponement of the order or a message, I went to the profile and looked, and they independently rescheduled the order 2 weeks later. Now I'm sitting and thinking whether to order the 4th door or get tired of working with them?
