During the discussion, we repeated several times that we could accept delivery only after 17.00 (since, obviously, we were at work before that). On the day of delivery, 15.01, no one contacted us. The service center does not provide information about what manipulations were performed while the watch was in their possession. Each time, I received the same type of acts without any explanation. The consultant at the pick-up point only counted the number of scratches sustained by the watch during multiple trips.
