It was not possible to register for unloading the goods without problems.When trying to make coffee in the coffee machine, he poured out and poured everything into himself (apparently the glasses ran out, but I don't understand why the machine continues to accept money at the same time).The goods are accepted for about 2 hours.At the same time, if you arrive late, due to weather conditions or due to a car breakdown, then after some time - not exactly on that day.And later , they will call and put forward claims .In a word, as everywhere else, drivers are not considered people .

Horror. We ordered a banquette. For a musical instrument. We paid the prepayment . We waited 2 weeks on the day of delivery and sent an SMS that the product was out of stock. Great service. " we've been using money for weeks. Lately, it's just a horror and not a service. I will not buy here anymore!!!!

Additionally, they assure that delivery to the floor is free. (which of course is a plus) On Friday, an hour before the store closes, it is reported that there will be no delivery at this time, and in general now pickup from the warehouse in the village of Tabory. And, well, the cherry on the cake is that they do not have such a product in stock, so look for an alternative (delivery is not expected). A natural question arises why he was in the warehouse all week, and then abruptly ended. It is worth noting that they offered delivery of another selected cabinet next week. But something tells me that there may not be a new closet either. In response to reasonable claims for this order in the call center, the operator began to call the pick-up time at the warehouse in the village of Tabory. They simply did not ask for an apology for their oversight (they communicated with more than 5 call center operators). Everything works according to a template 2 stars for the guys working in the warehouse. If it weren't for them, it would be 1 (unfortunately, Yandex has a restriction where you can't set 0)
