The 21st century pick-up point is in a great location. Again, not far from me. The guys who work at the pick-up point are very attentive and take their work seriously. Cultured, polite. Even, and, give good advice.
An order was made with payment in points. The product came with a defect. The manager re-ordered, but the next day on 5.12.23, the manager said that it was necessary to pay extra, and payment with points only through the personal account. He twisted his face and said he couldn't help. I immediately got through to support and they quickly decided everything was beautiful. And the manager on the spot didn't even offer to call them. I understand that not very smart people are sitting on the issue, but I consider it absolutely incompetent not to even offer to call support and repeat "I can't help you in any way".
Today, on 04/18/2024, I picked up the order, there were two employees at the pick-up point - young guys (unfortunately, I don't know the names)
Thank you so much for not refusing to help a pregnant girl and helped with loading the goods into the car!!

Ужасное отношение к клиентам. Пошла на пункт выдачи никого не нашла в зале. Простояв 15 мин услышала звук на складе заглянула, а мне заявили, что идёт приёмка и товар мне отдать не могут. На вопрос как долго она будет идти мне никто не ответил. Впустую потратила час. Никакой клиентоориентированности.
