I handed over the printer and the courier turned it over, which violated the rules of transportation. The store refuses to replace it, despite the fact that in the future the printer may burn out because of this. Their couriers do not know how to transport the goods correctly, the call center staff cannot give any information and do nothing at all except consult, from what they said, most of the information was a hoax and for two months they cannot resolve the issue. All this time, the printer is traveling it is unclear where and in what condition. You need to wait up to 10 business days for calls from the claims department. It is impossible to contact the higher management. Do not spoil your nerves and do not buy equipment here. Initially, when I asked the store what to do with the printer, the operator did not even ask me when the courier could arrive and set the time herself. And when the printer arrived from the service center, they sent me an SMS that I saw a day later by chance that the courier would deliver the printer to me and the date and time that they decided themselves, but they didn't even ask me. The service has become worse than ever. I will avoid this store and advise all people not to contact them.

My product has been in the store since last week (approximately on Friday, September 27, it was picked up from the service center) and the nearest delivery is offered when it is convenient for them, not for me. Moreover, when the item was brought from the service to the store, no one even contacted me, I only found out about it when I wrote it myself. As a result, my item has been in the store for almost a week. No one from the service department contacted me during the day (they have such a "queue"), nor from the management. Just an "amazing" attitude! If it is possible to buy in another store, it is better to buy in another store than to get such a "service" later!

The PVZ on Tronstenetskaya is something with something. Words cannot describe it. I got to this PVZ through some fierce mud, piles of garbage and drunken workers who dug the ground there without stopping. A good and clean PVZ at the Station in Centropol was closed for some reason, you have to order at Trostenetskaya, and every time it bombs from how uncomfortable it is to get to them. Not even a single transport goes there, unlike the closed point at the Station. There are only garages, a hundred, stray dogs and an abandoned Motovelo factory in the area. It's a very hot place. About maintenance and service, too, in one word - game. In times of all sorts of ozons and the World Bank, where the goods can not only be opened, despite the factory packaging, but also touched and no one will even raise an eyebrow crookedly, here, in the 21st century, figs to you, as they say. If it's packed, you can't touch it - just look at it. A badge, it would be nice if they also attracted a humane price tag. But no! What's the point of ordering anything here if the same product is one and a half times cheaper across the street in OMA? I ordered small things for the bathroom, I was not too lazy to clarify on the OMA website - and indeed the same product turned out to be cheaper. And no matter what you order, everything comes in some kind of dirty and dirty, as if someone used it and handed it back. I now order all the power tools from other stores. And it's cheaper, and marriage is not so scary.
