I often make purchases in the 21st Century online store. I would like to note the differences from other online stores that I have applied to:
1. Always up-to-date prices. I was never told that "I need to check the price."
2. Product availability. If there is, then there is, I never waited for the availability of the product to be clarified.
3. Delivery time. During all this time, only once was the delivery time postponed due to a transport breakdown, but this was done with apologies and the offer of several delivery options.
4. Purchase of goods in installments. I used such a service once. I liked that I didn't have to go to banks myself, look for the "most favorable" conditions, I was able to arrange all the documents myself on the store's website.
5. Exchange of goods. It happens, and I'm happy with the store's reaction. I don't need to prove that I've "already broken" something.
6. Warranty. In case of a breakdown, I am not looking for equipment repair service centers on the Internet and I am not going through Minsk to these centers, I am looking for a store warranty card. They will come, pick it up, take it to the service center, test it and return it with a conclusion.
7. Bonuses and discounts. Always a pleasure!
8. Well-coordinated work of all links. From the moment the order is placed (the manager's job) to its delivery (the driver's job), I am sure that I will receive exactly what I ordered.

The pick-up point is small. Only 1 employee works. Be prepared for the absence of an employee during the acceptance of the goods. Acceptance takes about 20 minutes.
