As a result, on December 2, there are no gifts and the operator's answer is: "Why did you decide that the delivery is today?". However, they took a mobile number, but no one called back.
As a result, 19 people will be left without gifts at the award ceremony.

The order was canceled.
Delivery was indicated on February 1, all plans were canceled, old furniture was removed, work was missed. I've been sitting all day, with no response or greetings. In the app, by the end of the waiting time, the delivery date changes to February 8th. No calls or messages. The day is lost, I will sleep for a week without furniture on the floor)

Firstly, there are very unfriendly employees at all pick-up points (in Brest). Every time they give you an order, it's like they're doing you a favor.
But the most fun thing happened to us not so long ago. We ordered a closet. The order waiting period is 30 days. On the day of delivery, no one even called. After 2 days, we started writing to support ourselves. We got a call back and were dryly told that the delivery was postponed for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, it's the same. Then again. As a result, we have been waiting for 2.5 months for the delivery of the paid goods (!). It makes no sense to return the money - during this time the furniture has gone up in price.
The store doesn't care about its reputation, and even more so about the concept of customer care. I strongly do not recommend contacting you.

On August 19, 2024, an order was placed for a bedside table. The manufacturer is Black Red White. Delivery was promised on September 27, but the delivery was postponed to a new date. As a result, as of 12/30/2024, the 21st century will change the 10th delivery time!!!!!!!!! One time! (October 6, October 20, November 11, December 2, December 9, December 23, December 30 - promises of delivery of the same cabinet, today they announced the delivery date - February 10, 2025!!!!!!). And all the same, the excuse is "the manufacturer postponed the deadline.
" THE ORDER WAS PLACED IN AUGUST 2024, AND THE DELIVERY DATE IS SET FOR FEBRUARY 2025!!! ON ONE UNFORTUNATE BEDSIDE TABLE! At the same time, from September to December, the 21st century periodically offers this cabinet for sale again. Why mislead customers and allow them to place orders for it if the previous ones are "not closed"? How does the legal service of the 21st century work in the direction of forcing the manufacturer - BPW to fulfill its obligations to produce the ordered goods in a timely manner? Apparently, NOTHING! I think that the organization that owns the 21st Century online store is not inferior in terms of the number of relevant services and staff, financial and commodity turnover to its counterparty, BRW. Why is BRW so negligently allowed not to fulfill contractual obligations, which in turn is gaining orders from other buyers on a scale without fulfilling orders from previously submitted applications from previous buyers?!
There was a calculation for this bedside table, the room was designed taking into account the size and color of this bedside table! As a result, if you refuse, you need to invent and change something in the room. Also, prices have increased for almost six months and if you buy something in return, the purchase will be at a loss!!!
The 21st century should take effective sanctions measures against partners who violate the terms of contracts, and not feed their customers with promises!!!
I bought from this store a lot and often. I definitely recommend it, they are very reliable in terms of warranty, refund, bought a defective battery, took it for examination and changed it, the shelf in the children's desk was mixed up, contacted the supplier, apologized and brought a new one with free home delivery, the same story with the shower cabin.
