Minus one star for the fact that you have to choose a pick-up point every time, and not choose once in your personal account and the lack of omnichannel service: I wrote about it via chat, the cat was on the site, instead of handing over to the appropriate maintenance service, they wrote to me to inform some department about it.
Of the employees of this organization, only couriers perform their duties well. There is no response to the request for a refund / replacement of the product for more than 4 days, support sends, with the words wait. I wrote a complaint to my superiors on the organization's website, for some reason they answered it 15 minutes later, and not a week later, although issues with replacement and refund are much more important, and they should be dealt with first. The specialist clarified the problem and offered a solution in the form of a replacement of the product in a month, because it is out of stock or a return of the product. I would have agreed to a refund if the specialist had not said that I had to disassemble and pack the bed on my own so that they would take it out. The specialist did not offer any other solutions, what is the problem of the company to disassemble the bed, I have no idea, yes, I understand that this is not the responsibility of the courier, so send the master who carries out the assembly, you have this type of service.
If you encounter such a problem, you should immediately make an official claim, and not by phone or an application on the website, because in this case they do not have a set deadline and they will stretch this issue by offering you options on their own terms, and not according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
At the moment, I am waiting for an answer to the official claim, since the company completely ignores other attempts to resolve the issue, and if there is no response, I will have to go to court.
The most irresponsible store confirmed for three days in a row that they would bring the ordered goods and did not bring them. People are wasting time and they do not even explain. I will never use the services of these not serious people
