It used to be the October cinema, the most comfortable cinema in Kokand. And one of the first palaces for wedding celebrations. Now it has been reconstructed, it has become even better.

according to the idea, this is a former cinema converted into a ceremonial hall. The capacity is good, the cooks are good, the service is average, ventilation and acoustics are very poor.
