First, the answering machine turns on for 1 minute. And then no one picks up the phone. The service is at zero. I wanted to send the cargo from the Armada. I had to contact another carrier. Set up a Call Center and improve the service.

The standard CDEK item. There is a queue, but the staff works quickly and as a result, you never had to wait in line for a long time. The guys are friendly and always ready to help if you have any questions.
