I arrive at the delivery place at 13:15 and start waiting... 50 minutes pass instead of the promised 40, my desk is missing. When asked how their delay of 40+ minutes would be compensated, they began to assert and suggest to me that I was deaf and they meant time from 40 minutes or more, but I misunderstood everything. Yes, and they have the most difficult job and it's not the delivery of pizza to arrive at the time (pizza delivery is free and always on time with me, and here it's 30 rubles. and not on time). Also, the loader and the driver clarified that they could arrive at all by 17-00, that is, it is normal for them to tell customers one time and arrive at another. I asked for the number of the administration in order to solve this not a beautiful issue with them.
The courier gave me the number of a girl who was either on maternity leave or on sick leave, but clearly did not want to communicate with me and said for 5 minutes that this was her personal number at all and why should I call here. As a result, she gave the director's number, which was not available and his number was also not available.
Terrible attitude towards customers, it feels like a Sharashkin's office and not a well-promoted and long-established company (brand) on the market!
