It's a beautiful place. There is a Bon and Cafe Manet nearby. Manet's kitchen is also on the 3rd floor of the bank. They cook very well there. I highly recommend it

Elevators work DISGUSTING!!!! It took about 20 minutes to get to the top floor. The logic of the elevators is not configured. The parking lot is clogged, more cars that are standing in a layer of dust. Someone uses the parking lot as their own garage, but visitors do not have room for a car.
