Unfortunately, she left in a bad mood. The woman at the checkout is extremely unfriendly. I am very disappointed with the quality of service.
The situation that happened is absurd. I scored 15p with kopecks, gave 15 and offered another 5 rubles, because there was nothing less, it would seem, but I have not seen anywhere else to snort and ask the client in an arrogant tone where to find the change for her. As a result, the cashier punched her some kind of discount, which no one even asked for, and then says: "Don't you want to say thank you that I gave you a discount?" Should I say thank you for the rudeness and the discount that I didn't ask for and wasn't even notified about? Interesting). Because of her, the whole impression of the store is ruined, there is no desire to come again.
I was looking for a great store for a face cream and it was available here, thanks to the store for the good products. The staff is helpful and pleasant. And a bonus for nice prices.
The text on the price tag is very strangely composed. In my understanding, if the price is crossed out, then I can buy at the set price. Without reading the fine print, I came to the cashier, where they told me, in a very raised tone: "it also says that this price is with a loyalty card." I had to abandon this product, a very unpleasant incident.
The question is, if a person has vision problems or is visually impaired, he should not visit this store (because he will only get rudeness from consultants)?
