I made an order (only 1 roll), mine and someone else's were on the scoreboard in the "Preparing" column
After 5 minutes, it was displayed in the "Ready" column.
I come to pick it up, I stand at the counter, no one pays attention to me. After a couple of minutes, I still waited, the administrator came up and it turned out that they hadn't even started cooking it yet. As a result, with the words "now let's assemble your roll", she went to make it herself ... (the roll, by the way, turned out to be as terrible as possible)
Actually, two questions:
1) How much is the roll collected not by the cook, but by the administrator?
2) Why press the button that the order is ready if it is NOT ready for delivery?
