I recently visited the Smetana cafe and, unfortunately, was disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, the staff does not pay due attention to customers and is not focused on their needs. Despite my desire to change the impression of the institution in a positive way, the actions of the staff only hinder this. I hope the management will pay attention to this problem and take measures to improve customer interaction.

Fine, delicious, what you were looking for. Parking under the shopping center, we came to have breakfast from the hotel every day. There was a 600 rubles buffet. It is quite tasty and satisfying for 450 people, there is a large selection of dishes. Once I asked for pancakes with sour cream, they gave it without, I hope they didn't count any more at the checkout. Sour cream would no longer fit exactly in me as a result.
