In principle, when there are a lot of visitors, the staff will not be able to physically serve everyone at once, cooking takes some time, and again the human factor, people work there and also get tired and sometimes forget. Who wrote 30 minutes waiting for a barbecue? Does it take 5 minutes to prepare? Respect work and be reasonable. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
It's a good place, the price tag is very nice. You will not pay very much to eat shish kebab with your family, fries (delicious by the way).
