We have been living in a new apartment for 3 years. For the first 2 years, we used the services of Beltelecom and Space agencies and, unfortunately, there were problems - in the farthest rooms - the bedroom and the kitchen - Wi-Fi was caught very poorly (1-2 bars out of 5). In the third year, they decided to change the cable operator again - they connected the ONENET Internet. As a result, I now have stable Wi-Fi in the kitchen, where children like to watch the tablet, and in the bedroom, where the TV is connected to IP TV via Wi-Fi. The speed is stable, there is practically no less than the stated one. There are a lot of TV channels, but practically we watch only a couple dozen. The price tag is also quite humane, there are often promotions.
The speed over a wired connection is approx. The qualification for solving the operator's regular problems in technical support leaves much to be desired (the situation could have been solved remotely if the employee had delved into the essence of the above issue). The master who came to the house was not only 40 minutes late. without warning (I had to wait 2 days for departure), I also behaved extremely rudely. Only after it came to the termination of the contract, proposals for a solution to the conflict began to arrive. At the moment, employees are not able to properly interact with customers.

Failures happen at any provider, but you and I are adults and we must understand that everything can be fixed.
When I had to contact the company, the issue was always resolved promptly.
I used to be on Velcom(A1) prices are not clear for what and the same network failures and small print, if you terminate the contract, then expect not a small fine.
And ONENET has adequate prices and an adequate team.

One of the few remaining small telecom operators that grew out of home networks. Sincere guys who are rooting for their cause. A normal informal attitude towards the client, a wide (if not the best) list of TV channels for a very small fee.
Terrible operators, terrible Internet. They persistently offered it for a month, connected it, said you can turn it off at any time, no penalties are stipulated in the contract, when moving to a new apartment they wanted to turn it off, to which they replied that you need to pay a penalty in the amount of 150. A terrible cameraman.
Connected to Onenet in the office. The tariff is 15 Mbit. It works stably. Honestly gives out the declared speed. Compared to the home Beltelecom and its GPON 35 Mbit, Onenet feels better. Perhaps because of the Ethernet technology, Beltelecom may not have the best GPON.
In general, we are satisfied with the work. Sometimes there are crashes, but very rarely, and usually not because of Onenet itself.
I have been using the services of this provider for 3 years now. I switched from Telecom.
The tariffs on the Internet are more diverse, cheaper, and have never been raised in three years.
The connection quality is not worse, there are breaks, but rarely and not for long.
Lack of round-the-clock technical support.
A good provider. There are no problems with speed, especially lately it has been working steadily in the evenings. Prices do not bite, there are discounts for the company's customers.
Constant problems with the Internet, the technical support service simply does not pick up the phone.I do not recommend it if there is an alternative option.
