I call three or four times a week. Moreover, I pay the subscription fee on time and in full. No recalculations are made. Do not contact this company, nothing will work, you will only get a headache.

The Internet is excellent - this is the most important thing (both my husband and I work at home, there have never been any problems), technical support instantly solves all issues, very pleasant staff - a young man who came to the installation (by the way, at the ideal time and without delay), and a technical support specialist (so far it was needed once). Net was no. The son simply could not search for information for study (writing term papers and working out drawings), and also study a foreign language online (he missed a couple of paid classes). I was deprived of the opportunity to work at home. We were forced to use the A1 and Life mobile Internet and the best Beltelecom, on which we are now. In February 2020, 1net was called repeatedly. It was impossible to get through, because all the time it was either busy or no one answered. When I got through to refuse their services, I asked how much to pay and whether it was possible to send an application to their email. The guy on the phone told me that it was possible to e-mail a refusal of their services and told me the amount of payment that I paid and wrote a refusal of their services in February 2020. In August - October 2023, calls began to arrive from a representative of 1net, who, to put it obscenely, while drunk, is engaged in extortion of money for allegedly providing an Internet service. It is impossible to prove anything to an inadequate woman screaming into a telephone receiver in an alcoholic state. I got the impression that they were calling from a brothel and they had a criminal conspiracy. Because when I told her that I called in order to refuse their services. She replied that her group was checking for the presence of my calls and they allegedly did not exist, as well as the letter allegedly did not exist. When my Husband called this Sveta Kostrova, she was rude to him, insulted him, said that he had nothing to do with it at all and threatened him that bailiffs would come and that I would go to the intensive care unit. My Husband 03.10.2023 went to their alleged office on Kotovsky St., 9, where he was also answered by a guy at the reception desk that there was no payment, the amount indicated to me by their specialist on the phone in February 2020, no calls from us, no letters. He also said that the woman who extorts money by phone does not work for them, that he has not seen her. He only knows that she is demanding money from alleged debtors. 03.10.2023 I picked up a letter from 1net at the post office, where the alleged debt was registered, the date of writing the letter :28.08.2023, it came to the mail: 21.09.2023. After the threats of this woman, if something happens to me, the culprit is clear - Sveta Kostrova. And there is only one way out: to contact law enforcement agencies on this fact.

It has not been working for three weeks, I contacted technical support several times, the issue was not resolved, they said it was necessary for the master to come, who would have to wait another two weeks.
