This is not the first time I have applied, everything is always clear and at good prices. The manager selected several decent options for my requirements and I chose the TUDOR 85a/h 800A battery. We agreed on payment, taking into account the discount and putting the old battery into account + free installation. At the agreed time, we arrived and installed (despite the fact that the air filter had to be removed for installation) Quickly, efficiently and with a guarantee! Thanks!

Once again, great job, guys! As for me, the work is impeccable. Correct and informative communication by phone, for which special thanks to the manager, apparently, Eduard! At the pick-up point, everything is also clear and professional! 👍 I have to add a comment: the good story of buying a battery ended very ugly. The technical support service is not working properly. The battery did not work for two months, as it lost capacity and stopped charging. Almost a month later, I received a response (his photo is under moderation, not the fact that it will pass) in the form of a crooked photocopy of the examination report of poor quality with the words "the malfunction is most likely caused as a result of a violation of the rules of operation due to full discharge or overcharging." Are you serious?!! For such fairy tales, you do not need a laboratory with expertise. My experience is 15 years of work in the field of installation and maintenance of VN, SPS, PDZ, ACS systems. And this battery, taken by the way last, from the stand / showcase, stood at my cottage, just to reserve power for the DVR and three cameras of 0.5 Amperes each. And at the first loss of mains power, the battery was irretrievably covered. While the BRP has clearly worked out protection against deep over-discharge. .. Now you have to go back to a very inconvenient place for Machine Builders for the battery and the act. And then to the Consumer Protection Society. Unfortunately, nothing good comes from the purchase. And by discussing this topic with friends and colleagues (I have a lot of them), I make them understand what they may encounter when choosing 1kb as a potential purchase location. Dislike.
