Contacting the point of sale (approximately in February 2024) and explaining the situation, the employee issued a verdict that everything was fine with the battery, look for a problem in the car and even advised an auto electrician and a generator repair specialist, to whom we actually turned, to which one said that there were no leaks in the car, the second one is that the generator is in perfect order, change the battery. After traveling for another couple of months and encountering similar problems in a warmer season, and then with more serious problems related to the battery (the car could have reached the car wash, but it was no longer there or simply stalled while driving around the city), there was a repeated appeal to this company, where the employee once again, did not after listening to me, he insisted that the problem was in the car, not in their battery, but took it for "diagnostics", or rather for charging. The next day, the battery was taken away and installed on the car, we drove up to the same store where the employee made his diagnosis of the battery installed on the car, specifying that everything was fine, you can drive safely and giving as many as several pieces of discount card key chains. But the happiness did not last long:01.07.24. the car, after standing in the yard for 2 days, refused to start and, naturally, removing the battery, we went to the ill-fated place, where the employee again voiced the same reason:look for a problem in the car...But I was checking the car, which I said, and they demanded supporting documents from me...What???
After insisting on the warranty service of this battery, the employees printed out a statement and an act of transfer of the goods, at the points of which the employees were not competent from the word at all (they could not explain "I give my consent, if necessary, to open the battery, adjust the level of the electric stove, the "discharge-charge" procedure to restore the parameters. I AM FAMILIAR WITH THE CONSEQUENCES." What consequences could only be explained to me in Minsk tech.support). The deadline for quality control in Minsk, according to an employee of this point of sale, is 14-30 days. There was no replacement battery, but as explained to me in the same tech.podderdke, this is a problem of the regions, they really do not exist and the verification period is 2-3 days. But since I need a car for daily use, the employee was offered his own battery, for which he was worried more than for his reputation. 02.07.24. having arrived by car, clarifying the status of my application and making the necessary measurements by an employee was stated:"The battery is already in Minsk, and you have a current leak of 1.85, look for the reason."..An old song about the main thing...
03.07.24. at 11 a.m., they reported that the battery had already arrived, the mark in their handwriting in the warranty card "no malfunctions were detected during diagnostics. A 1.85" current leak was detected and no more supporting documents.Then doubts crept in about the integrity of the staff, I decided to clarify in those.support regarding the receipt of this battery for verification and on 07/04/24 I receive the answer: "this battery has not been received by us"!
As I understand it, this Sharashkin office is trying by hook or by crook to hold out until the end of the warranty period or bring the battery to the state when, according to the diagnostic results, they will say that they should have applied earlier, but this battery was improperly operated and maintained. All the provided and signed papers (I can't even call them documents) can only be wiped off.

Добрый день не любитель писать плохие отзывы но тут вынуждают. Купил в этой компании акб в мае всё как положено улыбались желали долгой работы и т.д. Позвонили спросили всё ли понравилось. Но в октябре о чудо не смог завести автомобиль после 15 минут ожидания в автомобиле с музыкой. Подумал может генератор не заряжает. Съездил проверил всё хорошо заряжает как положенно. Т.к. часто в Минске заехал в филиал в минске сняли проверили акб сказали замкнута шестая банка. везите в барановичи где покупали, подменного нет и никто вам не даст. Приспособившись и отъездив еще месяца два попал в барановичи. Тут мне уже сказали что напряжение еще в допуске. и никто по гарантии менять не будет и единственное когда могут поменять аккамулятор это обрыв цепи. А то что аккамулятор не держит нагрузку это в порядке вещей. Предложили этот сдать на приёмку и купить новый. Вот такое отношение к клиентам. Каждые пол года покупать акб. На мои возмущения прямо сказали можем забрать но им даже никто не будет заниматься приедите заберете серез 2 недели. Обрыва цепи нет!!!!!!!
Отличная команда, менеджер по телефону фсе доходчиво объяснил, помог с выбором, а главное сделал реально крутейшую скидку, вышло дешевле, чем в любом магазине в РБ.
