This store does not work according to the law! 82,990 tenge were sold in Kaspi. It is clearly indicated that the keyboard is backlit. But there is no backlight, I wrote to support, they told me how to turn it on, I did everything on video. I came to make a refund, they said on WhatsApp that the money would be returned immediately, a couple of days have passed since the purchase. The service did not even check it, they said there would be a check for 15 days. Think about it, people! Turn on the backlight for 15 days! You can immediately feel the deception. Then I started asking them for the verification status every day and in response I just got a copy-paste GOOD EVENING PRODUCT FOR DIAGNOSTICS, even though I asked in the morning. Then I was told that the product would be checked in 30 days. I will wait 30 days and probably file a lawsuit. These are scammers, since they obviously do not sell working goods and do not return money, do not contact them!

I ordered the product and waited for 2 days, after I was informed that the product was out of stock, the order was canceled, the product was deleted everywhere, and after a couple of hours they dropped the product at an inflated price as if nothing had happened!! It's a shame that I've always bought goods from them and here it's a blatant lie for the sake of profit (( I won't take anything here anymore and I don't advise you!!
