This is not a clinic, but God knows what. The organization of the provision of services leaves much to be desired.
The medical staff does not arrive on time, if on time, then they begin to receive decently later, because of this, if you are tied to public transport, you are late.
The situation today. They sent me from the hospital to get vaccinated, they said they were working around the clock. I arrive, it turns out, at 8 o'clock. I'm waiting, eventually they send me to another office, I'm waiting there. The employee was late (not much), and eventually sent me back to the office where I was waiting. I come, there's already a queue. They do not accept it, they said that vaccinations are done from 8:30.
As a result, I lost more than an hour, considering that I was far from the first in the queue.
It is a pity that the institution is state-owned and the employees have absolutely no motivation. And they don't value others' time.
