Уютно, тихо, комфортно, просторно, обстановка хорошая. В большинстве случаев готовят хорошо, но конечно есть к чему стремиться. Как и в любом другом Солнечном Дне, все зависит от смены которая готовит. А в остальном все устраивает, стараюсь как можно чаще заглядывать. Возможно нет мотивации для сотрудников стремиться быть лучше других ресторанов сети, по этому питание на среднем уровне во всех филиалах.

Вчера довелось посетить данное заведение. Сама работала когда то в общепите, и сейчас в клиентской сфере, в принципе редко пишу отзывы,и пожалуй этот отзыв первый отрицательный,настолько задело.Не спросила фамилию сотрудницы на раздаче, но эта дама позволила себе обсуждать с коллегой меня при мне же, причём я задавала обычные вопросы по блюдам,в итоге из меня сделали ещё и дуру, типа вам показалось.Очереди не было. Просто не было времени уже идти в вилку-ложку, так бы ушла конечно. То ли дело в Томске, подобная столовая, и такие приветливые сотрудники, что хочется возвращаться, а тут ни за что больше. Поработайте с персоналом руководство, это недопустимо.
