Shawarmakers do not observe hygiene from the word at all. They can take money for payment during the cooking process and collect shawarma for you with the same hands. I have never noticed how they did something, like wiping glasses with rags, cleaning garbage and touching the trash can with their hands, after which they collected shawarma

They made me an awesome burning shavukha with herbs and red pepper. And juicy and mouth-tearing. Just fire! I only asked to put smaller potatoes
