It's not a bad place. Clean, beautiful. Good soups. You can try the national gray peas. Delicious chicken kebab and vegetables (but in fact, it's not a kebab, but fried meat). 4 stars for a not very tasty pork "kebab" - these are pieces of fried meat, rigidly covered with some spices. The prices are normal. They speak Russian.
Everything is very tasty for very reasonable money.Everything is at home. We stay here all the time. Pork with apples is a specialty of Latvian cuisine.
