The master is a rare boor!
They arrived 15 minutes before the end of the working day, the master was going home and refused to even look at his watch, although he offered to just leave them for him to look at at a convenient time. To which the master began to yell that he actually had a transport!
To the remark that he had a working day until 15.00, he simply turned his back and said that he would not watch anything, he was already going home.
He began to lament that no one understands him and does not enter into his position (God, what terrible people come to work for him and ask for their money to do this job)
I will never contact this workshop again in my life (although this word is too loud for such an attitude)
Customer orientation is a complete zero!
