They took a large shawarma, nuggets and kvass on tap. Shawarma is a masterpiece of delinquency. Have you ever eaten boiled chicken skin in a shawarma? Not only is the chicken itself not fried, but, as I was told, it was stewed, so it has not yet been stewed to the end. The meat is undercooked, bluish in color. I've mastered a quarter of this masterpiece. I picked up the skins and took them to the cashier to have a look. The skin is soft and slimy. In a shawarma. Here you are eating shavukha, and a chicken skin is sliding on your teeth. Half of the meat component is a soft skin. I also took this skin to show the guy who cooked the shavuha, to which they told me that it should be like this, it's a stewed chicken. As a result, the next day there was severe poisoning with an ambulance call.
Nuggets and kvass are good. But that's because it's not a cafe.
The most terrible cafe. Who I was dealing with. We came in an organized group, with full prepayment. The guests sat down at the tables, and after a few minutes the staff removed all the paid food that remained on the distribution. Their leader responded to our objection with a smart phrase - "people will no longer come up for food." After a couple of minutes of arguing, he, realizing that he had messed up, offered to pack the rest of the food in HDL boxes, but until that moment the argument was going on in raised tones. The result is that they feel like monopolists there, they don't care about customers, they don't have to expect customer orientation from them. After that, I will not only take the group there, but I also do not recommend an individual trip to anyone
The shawarma is well below average. The difference between the types of shawarma (small, medium, large) is invisible without scales. Nuggets, rings, ice cream and everything that they just serve, and do not cook themselves from scratch, is quite normal.
