Great hotel! Clean, tidy, delicious breakfasts (very tasty coffee, by the way). Take as many fruits, buns, and juices as you want. We rested from 05.10.24-12.10.24, cleaned every day, the water is hot, it's barely cold, but you can wash. The pool is very clean, the staff is friendly. The air conditioner is working!!
The only thing during our stay was the renovation on site. At first it scared me, we thought there would be a lot of noise from the workers.
We worried in vain. We can't hear anything, we sleep comfortably and calmly.
The sea is within walking distance, which is very convenient.
I don't understand the negative reviews)) If you want a five-course breakfast, bars at every turn in the hotel and watch TV in the room - go to Turkey)))
A disgusting hotel that practically ruined our impression of Phuket, for 4 days we fought to fix the hot water in the room, after nothing was decided, we were moved to another room in which the water was slightly warmer, dirt, stuffiness, and everything that you could not imagine would be waiting for you in this the staff does not react in any way, the room is cleaned only in the form of making the bed , the rest remains dirty, plaster falls from the ceiling , ice sometimes pours out of the air conditioner instead of air , the walls are so thin that even at night it feels like a neighbor hits you , not knowing about it himself
Please don't repeat our mistake, avoid this hotel, it's a living Hell
All the bad reviews about this hotel are true. The hotel is packed, breakfast will not be brought if you do not ask, and then if they bring an amlet, then it is impossible to eat it, it tastes disgusting. The room was cleaned 1 time in 11 days, I take out the garbage myself and take toilet paper from them, that's all.It is impossible to sleep in the room, although by the end of the vacation we are used to it, and so it is a torment every night. The walls are thin and we hear snoring from all sides, then jokes are told, then they walk over us like a herd of creaks. The only advantage of this hotel is the location, 5 minutes walk to the sea, no more advantages. In general, if you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not consider this hotel
We stayed at this hotel from March 1 to March 9, 2024. The hotel is modest, the room is small, but with a refrigerator, with air conditioning. There is a TV in the room, but without a remote control, it was not turned on. The room was cleaned on request, linen and towels were changed. Water is not brought to the room, a kettle is on the ground floor on request, there is no microwave (if you need to reheat food). Breakfast (omelette, rice, fresh cabbage, toast, tea/coffee) is the same every day, so I recommend taking it with you or buying it at 7/11 (it is next to the hotel). The location of the hotel (5 minutes to Karon beach). Wi-Fi is free (catches on the ground floor, no deposit was taken for check-in.
Thailand is the country where the hotel is not of great importance, as there is everything nearby within walking distance for every taste and color). The hotel is perfect for those who love freedom and come to the room to take a shower and spend the night.
I wish everyone a wonderful holiday and I can recommend this hotel for couples without children or for young people.
For a budget vacation! We just spent the night! As my husband told me , but at sea !!! All the disadvantages that I saw, I did not pay attention to the joys, and we had the most rest at the sea !
We read the reviews after we bought the tour...Upon arrival, it turned out to be even worse, the breakfasts were terrible, the whole hotel was old, the TV was out of order, the doors were lopsided, swollen, the walls were cracked, the only plus was Karon beach nearby.People, don't buy a tour to this hotel. You've ruined your mood and your vacation.
We had a rest in this hotel, it's a horror, the bungalows are not cleaned at all, the bed has been pushed back there are a lot of fleas, the water in the bathtub does not go away, or rather a floor shower, there is no breakfast, it is impossible to eat, and there is nothing)))generally avoid this place.
People! Honestly, we were preparing for the worst by reading about him in various sources. We understood what we were doing, but as a result-quite ordinary housing!!!yes-the breakfasts are the same-every morning you can choose an omelet or 2 sausage eggs. Fruits were always given 3 pieces of pineapples and watermelons.tea, coffee, toast with jam, etc. Bed- room 1307 we lived there for 10 days, the bed is all clean and white, there are no holes there, the pillows are SOFT, the mattresses are NOT OAK!ordinary springs. The conder works perfectly!!! Yes, there is no balcony, but there is a dryer for things, which is no!!! Minus: a kind of bathroom)) : shower in the corner from the entrance on the left, push in front of that wall.the floor has a slight slope and the water flows past the toilet into the drain under the sink. It's unusual, but we're used to it.to wash, you need to lift all the mugs, otherwise it floods the toilet with drops. It's just that because of all this, you have to go there in shales and there are no problems. Water is a flow heater.I probably need some boiling water to drain there and put it out.feel free to take it-you need to spend the night in the room to wash after the sea and you can relax in the heat of the day!!That's it!if you get mad with fat, then pay three times the price and live in the Hilton and get the service there. And in this hotel, the good-natured staff fulfills all requests. Cleans the room as much as you ask, changing more towels!!the deposit at the entrance is 20 dollars.then they are given away. A huge plus of the hotel: 5 minutes to Karon beach and 100 meters from all restaurants!!! There is also a lounge area-take a seat, eat and drink there and Wi-Fi only on the ground floor.at the entrance of the shower hose, you can wash your feet after the beach. The pool is normal by the way!! The water is clear and clean, swim if you want all day until 22.00. The beer garden at the hotel if you are too lazy to walk up to 7/11 60 meters- 75 baht for big chang
A very very budget place! One star, well, not like 3 as promised by travel agents! There are no breakfasts, if the price is much lower than other hotels, then you can take it, the location is excellent, 5 minutes to the beach, the store is 3 steps away, a quiet place! But the foundation is of course very old, cockroaches run into the bungalow, clean up, good quiet air conditioning
We rested on 31.01 to 12.02, an economy class hotel, but we read the reviews and knew where we were going, thank God a bunch of negative reviews prepared us for the worst, but in fact, a modest breakfast, omelette, rice porridge, salad, some vegetable soup and a couple of pieces of pineapple with watermelon, they wrote about cleaning that it was there no, but in fact they clean every day, there are no bags on the trash cans, however they cost pennies and you can buy them, there are no kettles in the room, either bring a boiler, or go to the bottom, there it stands when I saw the shower in the photo, I was afraid that the water from it would be cold, but no, it warms well of the advantages, the location is less than 400 meters from Karon beach, 100 meters from seven eleven near a Macro supermarket, the air conditioning in our room was working quietly, a refrigerator with a freezer of decent size. In general, those who are used to 4 and 5 have nothing to do there. And I think it's better to see a new country every year and live in a modest 3 than to do it every two years, but in the top five, but to each his own.
I give three stars because the staff is very good ❤️The man who cleans the Bossein sings the same song in Russian, it's cool so)))And so the room is normal just to sleep and wash up😍The TV doesn 't work , they lifted the beds because they were looking for the phone so it was generally terrible there , as if no one had cleaned up there , just the surfaces were cleaned and everything was 🤨near the beach, shops, well, cool )well , we always got up and left on a bike, there is no Russian from whom we took a bike for two weeks )in general, not it 's bad if you don 't hang out there 😂there was a bar next to it all the time , the music was screaming , it was impossible to sleep , if you drank , you could fall asleep😂
The most important thing is very close 5 minutes to Karon beach. Near the hotel there is all the infrastructure, 7/11, massages, etc. Breakfasts are scarce, this hotel is just for spending the night, if you are looking for a vacation in a hotel, then you are not here
The guest house is for people who book a hotel just to sleep and take a shower. It will not suit the fastidious. Cleaning was 1 time in 11 days, shampoo, toilet paper are always given on request. For breakfast, scrambled eggs with sausage, coffee, tea, toast with jam, rice, a couple of soups, some vegetables, fruit portions are given to everyone not much. But the plus is that you can always eat your own food at their tables. The room is not large, without a balcony. Karaoke didn't bother us, we fell asleep to the songs. The hotel has a good location, near the 7/11 shop and 5 minutes from Karon beach. There was no theft, there is no safe in the room.
I do not recommend it to comfort lovers. It is suitable only for hardened tourists who only need to sleep. The water is slightly warm, cleaning every three days on demand, rooms are renovated, the TV does not work. The air conditioner is working, but as luck would have it with all the functions. I was there in the spring of 2024. On the plus side, the sea is very close. Shops, cafes are very close by.
The normal hotel was December 2023.
The room is small but cozy and there is enough for two, the room has everything you need, it is cleaned every day. Towels are available on request. The pools are cleaned every morning, and the breakfast is good by Thai standards.
Nice 3-star hotel, very close to the beach, 5 minutes walk. The rooms themselves are small, cleaning is only on request, not by default. Hot water is running regularly, air conditioners are working properly. Towels are provided, there is no hair dryer and soap. Nearby there are shops, a market, tuk-tuks and a million bars.
We rested from 12/26/22 to 6.01.23. It is necessary, apparently, to immediately note how I got to this hotel. As a rule, we always treat the choice of a place to stay on vacation scrupulously, but in this case everything was a little different for two reasons. Firstly, we were going to spend only 2-3 nights at the hotel out of the eleven paid for, and secondly, there were not very many options, but it is more correct to say that there were none at all, because the tour operator did not confirm other hotels to us (and it took more than a day for an "unconfirmed" confirmation) Thus, we chose a hotel for more than a week and every day there were fewer and fewer options. And this wonderful hotel at the tour operator was in the status of instant confirmation, which played such a cruel joke on us))) I also want to note right away that Thailand is a wonderful country and even a few nights spent at this hotel in no way could overshadow the positive impressions of the holiday!
1) Location. Convenient, a five-minute leisurely walk to Karon beach. Nearby, however, some local construction work is underway, but this does not particularly interfere. Nearby there is a 7-Eleven store, a bunch of all kinds of cafes, makashnits, fruit tents, several exchangers, etc.
2) The territory. As such, the hotel does not have a territory. The courtyard has a pool with muddy water and rooms with access to the pool. I have never seen anyone swim there, and in general, the situation around the pool is not conducive to rest, or any kind of relaxation. I didn't take a photo of the pool, but a photo with a trash can and a rack with an exhibition of empty bottles are in the immediate vicinity of it (literally about three meters).
3) The number of rooms. This is trash! When we spent the first night there, I immediately remembered the movie "12 chairs". Do you remember the episode in the monk Berthold Schwartz dormitory? This episode could have been filmed at this hotel. Cardboard doors, complete lack of sound insulation, current plumbing, a running water heater that does not heat anything, clogged sewerage, wall tiles laid on another tile that comes off in layers, beds with spring mattresses that move apart, a collapsing laminate... A shower watering can with a running heater is located right in the toilet, which at the same time is and a shower cabin. The slopes are observed, it does not matter, the sewer is clogged and as a result, to get to the toilet after taking a shower, you need to wear rubber boots))) Cleaning is three minus. It is impossible to walk barefoot in the room. As I wrote above, we did not live in this hotel for the entire period, the last time we left for three nights on the islands, when we returned we found that during all this time no one had even cleaned our place. The beds are not made, there is garbage in the baskets, it's good, at least nothing has gone bad or stank.
I also want to note that we rented two rooms in this hotel and everything that is written above is more or less typical for both rooms. There is nowhere to hang the laundry. Not only are there no balconies, but there are not even any hooks or hangers… Wet swimming trunks were hung on curtains and a TV. A wet towel also has nowhere to dry (((( The bed linen is literally washed to holes and has not a snow-white, but a light gray color. There is no safe in the room, and in order to leave something in the safe at the reception, you need to present it to the staff, and count the cash in their presence… After such "rules" there is a desire to find an alternative to their "safe"))) From the good: the air conditioner works well.
4) Service. They are asking for some kind of deposit and for some reason it is 20 bucks. We didn't have any small dollars, and we didn't show up there very often, so we didn't make any deposits. Except for the deposit for beach towels. One towel is 200 baht. The reception staff is quite adequate and normal. We are always ready to provide assistance if you need it. They communicate in English, but with a strong accent, not always everything is clear the first time)))
5) Restaurant (breakfast) Look at the photo and everything will become clear to you. This is an economy-economy option hotel. Sometimes you write a review, describe the menu for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, remember if you forgot to write anything from the abundance of all sorts of goodies. But this is not the case at all. There's not much to eat for breakfast. And phrases like "you won't stay hungry" are also not applicable. You will stay. ))) Breakfast: toast bread, jam, margarine (palm oil?), rice, rice with carrots, some kind of soup, fried cold eggs, boiling water, tea, coffee (ground boiled)? Everything. There are no sausages, no sausages, NOTHING else.
In my memory, this is the first hotel where I did not get to quite on my own, and about which there is little good to write. There are luxury hotels, there are economy options, but they are still decent, clean, and cozy. But this is a completely different case. This hotel has a room on the ground floor, which is rented by a tour operator for meetings with their tourists. I will not write the name of the tour operator, but anyone who wants to will easily figure out who it is, since this hotel was bought out by one operator. So, one day, when I met the guide, I threw her a remark, sitting at one of the tables of the "restaurant" - they say, well, you sell hotels to your tourists… Do you like it here yourself? Do you know what she replied to me? "... I can answer that, well, you buy hotels..." and smiled sweetly)))
This "hotel" does not deserve more than 1 star. There is no ventilation at all, so the room will always be stuffy, only the air conditioner saves, but it hangs in such a way that it blows on people in any position, so there is a high probability of getting sick. There is always dripping water in the bathroom, to make it warm, you need to complete a quest (you need to drain the rusty water before that). The shower is designed for people up to 150cm tall (a watering can hangs at this height). When it started to rain, the plaster began to fall off from the ceiling in the room, everything drips onto the bed. The hotel staff will not be able to solve any of your problems. I strongly do not recommend checking in here, collect more money and check into a normal hotel
The foundation of the hotel is worn out, battered, broken, rusting. Many things are askew and crooked: floors, furniture, doors, windows, beds, etc.
There are various living creatures in the rooms. From the understandable to the unpleasant type of mice.
Most of the staff are lazy. He does not understand either Russian or English. The "clean room" sign had been hanging for a week. If not more.
The breakfasts are meager, tasteless, monotonous and very "local". Small adaptation for tourists.
The Internet is only at the reception and is constantly overloaded in the evening. There are few outlets in the hotel as a whole and they may not work well. Your splitters and extension cords won't hurt.
One of the advantages is the close location to the beach. But combined with the fact that the hotel is relatively cheap, the appropriate audience often gathers there. So the screams, screams, loud bazaars, shouting of songs and NPC music until late at night can be fully expected.
This is hell on earth!
There is no ventilation in the bathroom, the towels that are given out are very dirty and leaky/torn!!! The bed linen has terrible huge stains, and it's true! I don't understand how they can put 5 stars in reviews for this hotel, even dormitories for students are 100 times better.
It was disgusting, we moved to another hotel on the 2nd day.
Never book this hotel!
Oh guys, I always have no illusions about going to Thai hotels below 3 stars, but here is a clear exception. The rooms are small and dirty, no cupboards, the shelves are tiny, if you arrived in the 2nd it is still tolerable, there is no room for three, you move around in the room on the beds. Breakfast is less than austere, 2 eggs and rice. The pool did not dare to dive, the color of the water upset. In short, look for alternatives
The hotel is minus 3 stars, you will clean and take out the garbage yourself, ask for toilet paper at the reception. Packed rooms, a queue for breakfast and a scrambled egg battle: that's what awaits you at this hotel! The audibility in the rooms is such that you can feel the neighbor's breath. I think the owners of the hotel need to at least go on an excursion to a normal 3*!!! And see what normal threesomes mean! Arita in Patong is even better.
In this hotel, everything is very sad with cleaning, even if you ask to clean, it is unlikely that they will do it. There is no toilet paper, garbage is not taken out, televisions do not work throughout the hotel, the sewer is constantly clogged, the remote control from the air conditioner did not work. Bed linen with stains. Towels have never been changed in 10 days, as well as bed linen. Of the advantages, you can only highlight the fact that you can smoke right in the room, no one will say a word🤣🤣🤣 The location is normal, 5 minutes to the beach slowly, 7/11 and many other shops nearby.
Two and a half stars. Just to spend the night! Urgently in need of repair after the pandemic! Out of a pleasant one.. ..air conditioning, swimming pool ,7eleven store within walking distance, with ready-made fresh food👍the beach is a 5-minute walk away. In short, I went to the beach for a day, came to the room, washed, had dinner, slept, and in the morning, at first light, you can run to the sea without their breakfast.
A perfectly located hotel! It is located on the first line across the street from the beach. There are many shops nearby, a market for things and products. Very clean, cozy
Excellent staff, I accidentally wandered into the technical part of the hotel, I was greeted with a smile, no complaints))) some of the staff understands Russian and even sings songs in Andrei Gubin 😆
The breakfasts are decent, the room is clean, everything works, the location is perfect, all the necessary shops and establishments are on the way to the sea.
If I'm lucky, I'll come back to you again)
The hotel is sad, it doesn't have a single star, we went very expensive, so we were especially disappointed, if you want your vacation to be unpleasant after swimming in the sea, come.I do not recommend it
Were in early November 2023. Plus, this is the location, those who are used to suites are not here. The hotel is just to spend the night. Cleaning on request, it is prescribed in the rules of the hotel, the breakfasts are monotonous, have not changed at all. In principle, it will work if you don't find fault.
April 2023. When buying a tour to Phuket, I chose this hotel because of the price. After reading the reviews, I thought it would be a nightmare, but the price decided everything! Quite a decent hotel for its category, excellent staff. Of course there are shortcomings, but these are the little things of life and the hotel is not 5 stars. We have a vacation with a child and many families with children, no one complains. Everything is nearby!
If suddenly you got a cheap ticket, the hotel will go for 150k for 12 days, we were happy because we didn't appear there much, but the last couple of days we had to rest there in the hotel and in general the feeling is not very sleepy, nothing else is needed
I had a rest at the Karon view resort hotel in December 2022.
The first 4 nights after arrival, we settled in another Melissa hotel on Kata Beach, because according to the guide there were no empty seats in Karon View, and the tour operator Anex gave me a "surprise" - rebooking, although I had a confirmed reservation. She asked me not to move me and leave me here. But, it's useless…
On the 5th day, I was moved to this hotel, while I lost a day of rest due to the move (I could have been on the beach or on an excursion, but I was packing a suitcase, moving, waiting for check-in and disassembling a suitcase). I booked bungalows – these are rooms located in a single-storey building around the pool.
There was no limit to my horror! They settled into a dirty room with a disgusting smell of dampness, cocoons of some insects hung on the walls, the sink was dirty, the mirror was splattered, the toilet was uncleaned with streaks, the tiles in the bathroom on the walls and floor were probably never cleaned. There is sand on the shelves in the closet in the room, and garbage on the floor. The glass on the table and bedside table are stained with some kind of stains. The beds are separate, they swing, the mattress and pillow are hard, the bed linen is wrinkled with a stale look, as if it had not been changed from previous residents. When I asked: "Is this new, clean linen?", they answered me with confidence that it was clean linen, but not ironed. There is only one towel per person, badly worn, stained and torn. At the reception, I said that the room was not cleaned. The receptionist did not find the cleaner, came herself, sighed, waved a rag on the shelves of the closet, dragged a wet rag on the floor. That was the end of the cleaning. In the future, the room was not cleaned at all! The garbage was not taken out. The towels and the bed were not changed. I began to put trash cans outside the door, because it was difficult to find someone, and ants appeared in the room, which I poisoned with mosquitol.
There was no bottle of water put on arrival. They were given only after my request.
The hotel sells a small bottle of water for 20 baht, although a 1.5-liter bottle costs 14 baht in a nearby 7/11 store.
In a small bathroom, there is a hose with a watering can on the wall, when bathing, water pours onto the toilet, sink and flows into a hole in the floor behind the toilet. There is no ventilation, dampness and odors are appropriate. Two tiny bottles of detergents, no soap.
I was lucky that there was hot water, because a neighbor in the bungalow complained that they had not had hot water for 5 days until it was fixed. She told me that in order to clean the room, you need to leave a request at the reception (this is the service at the hotel!!!). After my request, the room was cleaned (without cleaning the plumbing), the bed was changed, the towels were given even more torn.
There is a TV, but without a remote control. Yes, the remote control is not needed, because the TVs in none of the rooms work.
There is Wi-Fi only at the reception, but tourists complained about the poor connection.I didn't use it. Thanks to Anex! Immediately on the bus from the airport they gave a free SIM card, they said that the connection and Internet would only be for 1 day, then they had to replenish it. But, hooray!!! The Internet was great, fast, everywhere until the end of the vacation without replenishment. There was a NON-STOP INTERNET for 15 days campaign.
The air conditioner worked well, it didn't turn off when you left the room. The refrigerator is old, but large and regularly cooled.
Breakfast is the same every day: dry boiled rice, rice with vegetables, cold soup with small pieces of chicken and vegetables, toasted bread (which quickly ran out and had to be refilled), jam, inedible semblance of butter, fresh cabbage salad, scrambled eggs, tea, instant coffee, artificial juice, water. Watermelon and pineapple: I saw fruits only 2 times, because they took out a small tray and they also quickly ran out. People were sitting with plates near the distribution, waiting for them to be brought back. I didn't want to waste time on this and left without them.
They charge a deposit of $ 20 for the room, which is returned when the key is handed over at the check-out (do not forget to remind them of this!).
The advantage of the hotel is only in its location: a beautiful beach with clear sea in a 5-minute walk through retail outlets, shops with fixed prices 7/11 and Green, massage parlors, fruit stalls, cafes, not too noisy from the road. In the evening, you can hear music and karaoke singing from the cafe.
The staff are Thai people who barely understand English and know a few words in Russian. The Google translator didn't help much either, I got the impression that they couldn't read Thai either, because they didn't understand what the Google translation into Thai was giving.
No one remembered my birthday at the hotel, no compliments from the hotel and congratulations, Anex tour in the same spirit.
Vacationers are only Russians, some behaved simply boorishly - they drank until 4 a.m. at night, noisily plopped into the pool, loudly shouted songs or cursed after libations, not thinking that someone wanted to rest and sleep at night.
Although I left the hotel after an early breakfast and returned only to spend the night, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL. I understand that you don't have to expect much from a 2* hotel, but not to the same extent! Hostels can be cleaner and more comfortable. It's not worth the money we pay for it. I say this with confidence, because those first 4 days that I stayed at the 3* Melissa Kata hotel were a gift for me and can't be compared to Karon View.
At the airport, upon departure, I was told that the tourists had written a collective complaint against the hotel. I would love to sign up to that complaint. I don't know how this lawsuit will end with them, but it seems they were promised to return some of the money, which I strongly doubt…
I was on the Azur charter flight. When departing from Moscow, the flight was delayed for 4 hours due to late arrival due to snowfall, when departing from Phuket, the plane was delayed for 3.5 hours because electronic registration broke down, as a result, I was late for a transfer from Moscow to home. I had to buy new tickets.
A few words about the excursions.
The prices for excursions at Anex tour are 20%-40% higher than you can actually buy them.
I took only a trip to the Semilan Islands from Anexa, complaining of an early departure at 5 a.m. and a 5% discount for my birthday. And I didn't regret it. We really came to each island almost the first, having the opportunity to quietly look, take pictures and relax. When we left the next island, many boats came for us.
The excursion to the Phi Phi islands is beautiful, but the impression is very spoiled by the extreme crowding and many boats (departure from the hotel was usual), it is impossible to really look, swim, make your way through the crowd of tourists, the air is saturated with exhaust from boats, etc.
I bought the rest of the excursions on the website phuket-tropic-tours.ru Excursions in Phuket. A convenient website, the description of the excursions corresponds to reality, communication via WhatsApp, payment in rubles by bank transfer is possible, really low prices (prices were higher in local travel agencies on the street), clear support, recommendations and reminders, discounts from 3 excursions. At first I was afraid, I ordered one tour, paid by transfer in rubles. Everything went perfectly. I ordered 4 more excursions. They already sent me tickets in advance when I hadn't paid for them yet. She made the payment in cash in baht, leaving an envelope for the courier at the reception. Very convenient. I recommend.
As a result: I really liked my vacation in Phuket at Karon Beach, except for the hotel. If I come again, I will definitely take another hotel
We rested here November-December. The first two photos are not of this hotel at all. For some reason, they write 3* in vouchers, but in fact it's just a kick-ass. We lived in a bungalow, if you could call it that. The beds are separate, they swing, the bed is torn. There is really no light in the room, you need to walk and talk ten times, not who brought the staff by the handle to do everything at once. But we're not in kindergarten, are we? The bathroom is generally atas, the shower has been built into the wall since Soviet times, but the worst thing is that there is no partition or curtains, all the water splashes on the toilet, sink. Ie if someone wants to go to the toilet at this moment, then you have to run to the toilet near the pool, but even there from 2 toilets it works Only one🤣 Thais have no idea what cleaning is. We have been cleaned only in the last 2 days (the bed was changed) and the mirror was splashed so it remained as when checking in, the sink is not washed, I think the floor was not washed either. I went to change the towels myself, they were also changed in the last 2 days. There are no pillowcases on the pillows, we slept without them. There is no hair DRYER in any of the rooms at this hotel. Breakfast: rice, rice with vegetables, vegetable soup, bread, jam, butter(margarine), vegetable salad (not always), tea, coffee, watermelon, pineapple, juices (like an invite), fried eggs. If you are not squeamish and you only plan to spend the night at the hotel sometimes, then perhaps it will suit you. We took a 100k tour for 10 days (and then a burning ticket) more for this hotel is already too much. The only plus is the sea in 5 minutes, that's it) They take a deposit of $ 20 per room and 200 baht for one towel for the sea (everything was returned back).
A budget two-star hotel pulls .
There is a breakfast of 4 combinations (edible)
And the most important reason why we settled there is walking distance to the sea along the way, grabbing smoothies and pancakes with banana
It is positioned as a 3-star hotel. In reality, everything is much more modest. We lived in a bungalow. There is sooo little lighting inside, and this despite the fact that the curtains are always drawn, because people also live opposite. The breakfast is modest. But it's very close to the sea. In general, it will work, but for the money you give, you expect a little more from the hotel itself
We arrived at this hotel and almost ruined our vacation, stayed in the room for exactly half an hour, to say that it's a nightmare, it's not transferable, it's nothing to say, a bedbug. We didn't even think that this could happen now.We found a hotel through Booking and immediately left .If you don't want to spoil your vacation, don't even consider this option, it's better to live on the street.Dirt and stink are everywhere!!!!!!
The hotel is located on 1 exit.no toothbrushes.cleaning once a week.they may forget to serve everything for breakfast.breakfast is disgusting.there is no hair dryer.the hotel guide does not appear.
Good location, clean well and every day, delicious varied breakfasts

Terrible hotel. Some photos don't match. Everything is dirty, unsanitary. You can't walk barefoot on the floor at all, it's dirty. Don't believe the photo!!!!! No hair dryer, no iron, no toothbrushes, no soap, shampoo for once. There are cracks on the walls. The lighting is dim. Russian Russians go to hotels, and the staff are Thais, who do not understand anything at all, just walk and smile, pretending that everything is fine, one third of Russians are cattle who smoke, drink and happen. The TV does not work at all in one room, although it hangs, there was no hot water, while we did not complain through our tour operator, all Russians go to hotels, and the staff are Thais, who do not understand anything at all, just walk and smile, pretending that everything is fine, one third of Russians are cattle who smoke, drink and happen He screams in his ears. We couldn't change the hotel, you won't prove anything here, they don't care about anything in a foreign country.
It is a pity, of course, that our first trip abroad was ruined by this hotel, or rather by those people who posted unreliable photos.
I'm right here. It's good for its 2.5 stars. A swimming pool in the courtyard, beer, water at the reception at supermarket prices, lunch and dinner prices are lower than neighboring cafes, there is a Russian menu.
But the choice is very small. The room cleaning is good. But there is no free water in the rooms, the corridor and rooms are painted dark gray - a little gloomy.By the way, the wrong hotel is in the photo. The staff responds instantly to all requests, everything can be explained in Russian. The pool is clean.
There were 19-27 January 2020.The hotel is for vacationers without any special claims, the biggest plus is that it is a 5-minute walk to the sea.Tai is not cheap nowadays and you can't ride tuk-tuks, for a short distance (they wanted to get to Big Buddha) they charge 500 baht there and 500 back, that is, 2 rubles per trip, even for Moscow prices it is expensive...The hotel itself is quite decent for such an amount, by the way, it is cheaper to have lunch and dinner there than in nearby cafes. We lived in a bungalow, it's in the courtyard of the hotel, right by the pool. The three of us lived (me, my husband, my daughter), we had two beds and something like a folding sofa.I didn'T like that the air conditioner was blowing right on the bed, and if you turn it off, it's hot.The temperature is the same day and night, +30+32 degrees. There is a refrigerator in the room, 2 bottles of water on arrival, then buy them yourself if necessary, towels are clean every day, for beach towels-a deposit of 200 baht for one, a deposit for a room of 500 baht will be returned upon departure (!), a clothes dryer, a closet with doors, a mirror with a shelf for cosmetics. There is NO hair dryer in the room.I took my own, the socket came up without an adapter. They clean the same way with and without tips.
The photo is not of this hotel. I just got back from this hotel. What can I say- the hotel corresponds to its 2-3 stars, breakfast: scrambled eggs or omelette (without restrictions), soup, rice, toast with butter or jam, cabbage salad, pineapple, watermelon. coffee, tea, yuppie type juice. From 10 to 22.00 it is possible to order a Russian menu - borscht, mashed potatoes with a cutlet and two salads - crab and olivier, Thai menu - noodles, rice (pad thai), tom yam at prices cheaper than in neighboring cafes. Beer, rum in the refrigerator at a price 5 baht higher than in the neighboring 7/11. Room cleaning is daily and unexpectedly for Ty wet and thorough. The staff understands Russian and is very friendly. You can bring your own food and drinks to the cafe, they will give you dishes. The pool is 8x4 meters deep, 1.6 m, clean and warm, open from 8 to 22. The only corridors are dark, painted in a gloomy gray color. We had a view from the window to the street, others to the courtyard - to the roof. There is no sound insulation, neighbors can be heard from above, from the side, steps in the corridor and bikes under the window, I liked the location of the hotel everything is nearby - the sea is 200 meters, 7/11 is 30 meters, pharmacies, market 40 meters, cafes everywhere, massage 50 meters.
