Great hotel! Clean, tidy, delicious breakfasts (very tasty coffee, by the way). Take as many fruits, buns, and juices as you want. We rested from 05.10.24-12.10.24, cleaned every day, the water is hot, it's barely cold, but you can wash. The pool is very clean, the staff is friendly. The air conditioner is working!!
The only thing during our stay was the renovation on site. At first it scared me, we thought there would be a lot of noise from the workers.
We worried in vain. We can't hear anything, we sleep comfortably and calmly.
The sea is within walking distance, which is very convenient.
I don't understand the negative reviews)) If you want a five-course breakfast, bars at every turn in the hotel and watch TV in the room - go to Turkey)))

A disgusting hotel that practically ruined our impression of Phuket, for 4 days we fought to fix the hot water in the room, after nothing was decided, we were moved to another room in which the water was slightly warmer, dirt, stuffiness, and everything that you could not imagine would be waiting for you in this the staff does not react in any way, the room is cleaned only in the form of making the bed , the rest remains dirty, plaster falls from the ceiling , ice sometimes pours out of the air conditioner instead of air , the walls are so thin that even at night it feels like a neighbor hits you , not knowing about it himself
Please don't repeat our mistake, avoid this hotel, it's a living Hell

All the bad reviews about this hotel are true.The hotel is packed, breakfast will not be brought if you do not ask, and then if they bring an amlet, then it is impossible to eat it, it tastes disgusting.The room was cleaned 1 time in 11 days, I take out the garbage myself and take toilet paper from them, that's all.It is impossible to sleep in the room, although by the end of the vacation we are used to it, and so it is a torment every night.The walls are thin and we hear snoring from all sides, then jokes are told, then they walk over us like a herd of creaks.The only advantage of this hotel is the location, 5 minutes walk to the sea, no more advantages.In general, if you do not want to spoil your vacation, do not consider this hotel
