We celebrated a child's birthday on Melezha Street, 1. The service was disgusting - there were no shoe covers, the hanger was not designed for such a large number of people, pencils were not sharpened, paints stood out in microdoses, the office was divided into 2 parts - they did not warn about this. That is, the children were separated by a partition. The teacher tried to explain how to draw on 2 blackboards in 2 classrooms. And then she stopped making any effort at all- she carried paints and applied them a little bit. The children were constantly asking for colors.
Then the great teacher would cover her ears, such a reaction to children's noise. And she could yell at them.
They just ruined the child's birthday!
I wrote about my impressions to them on Instagram- they told me to deal with the situation. There is silence in response.
They just ripped off the money - no conditions, no professionalism. Not a teacher, but a paint dealer with panic attacks. Do not use their services at any time- do not spoil your holiday.
The best art school in the city. Good teaching staff, polite and helpful administrator. Children are always happy with their lessons and drawings. I really like the master classes.
