It's good, overall). The staff are very friendly, helpful, polite However, we booked and paid for a room with 3 single beds, but we checked in with a 1 king-size with all consequences (,only 2 sets of towels, water, slippers etc) Could not find the remote control for the TV and were annoyed by the tv light until 11 pm Everything was solved by the friendly staff when I complained, but still has the aftertaste ...,,)

I would like to thank you. Your stuff and you receptionists were very helpful. I just want to thank this gentleman Mr. ILYA, he is very kind and he helped me with immigration issue. He spent his time with me to help me. He hired a taxi for me and went to police office together and translate for me to renew the immigration card. He did it! Now, I can sleep with rest.  I PROMISE I WILL COME BACK AGAIN AND TELL MY FRIENDS ABOUT YOUR HOTEL AND HOSPITALITY. THANK YOU  Get Outlook for Android

Everything is good except for the room service which is very bad in terms of cleaning and if we ask for something through the room service they do not respond I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
