My wife and I used the dry cleaning services of this company's furniture.
The experience is more positive than negative. But not without excesses.
I took measurements from the furniture. I took a photo. The main task: getting rid of dust mites. Cleaning from stains is secondary. The manager said that the price under these conditions is 50p. The price is fine. I signed up for the "arrival of the master at home." The day BEFORE, the master himself called, clarified the details and (Attention!) ... said that this furniture dry cleaning will cost from 80p to 150p (depending on the complexity). Despite the fact that it was necessary to get rid of dust mites in the first place. I didn't ask for bleaching.
This statement did not suit me. I canceled the master's arrival. And he expressed his dissatisfaction to the manager. The next day I got a call back and was offered a different time and a different master. At a fixed price of 50p.
As a result, another master arrived. I did my job. He took the agreed fee (50p) and left. Furniture cleaning was of high quality. The master is cheerful and sociable.
The receipt (!) was not issued. That there is a violation. From this I conclude that the original "would-be master" wanted to put from 30 to 100 rubles in his pocket.
