The dining room on the 4th floor is a great place for those nostalgic for this format. A large selection of dishes, dishes are clean, whole, tables are clean. The prices are very low: a salad of really fresh vegetables and a cold salad (sparse) - 2-2.5 rubles, fish meatballs - 5 rubles and very tasty. Coffee is 3 rubles, but not very tasty.
It's a bit noisy, there's no beautiful view from the window, but as a dining room it's super.
I ordered a standard lunch: borscht , potatoes and pork cutlet. The borscht turned out to be very salty , the portion of potatoes is less than standard compared to similar establishments nearby , and the cutlet turned out to be quite good , but also several times more expensive than in other similar establishments nearby.
The menu of the day does not match what is on the selection. The only plus is that they were served with a smile and a pleasant mood.
NEW (opened on the 1st floor of the store only this spring), NOT BAD, BUT EXPENSIVE (see the price list in the photo). Because the same price for a small cappuccino from 5 rubles - about 150 rubles for Russian ones - is, in the Belarusian opinion, too much. And in the neighborhood you can find places no worse, and cheaper
