Basically, I only go to the stores of this chain and I always liked everything: the staff, the prices. I usually go to a point on Dana Mall, but this time I managed to end up on Burdeyny.
The impressions are mixed. The guy at the checkout is sociable, friendly, cheerful, but there is a problem. I ran to the point to change the coil and cotton wool on my siren v4, the guy said he would do it without problems, he marked the winding of cotton wool at 2 rubles, did not name the price of the coil, only gave me a choice from "crackling" and no. It would have been fine, but it took him about half an hour to rewind :) He was constantly distracted by other clients, not paying attention to my time at all. As a result, the taste did not increase much, when I told him about it, he said that there might be something wrong with my tank (and I also took it to a vaping machine, only at Dana mall). He charged me 8 rubles for the whole thing, although they did it for 6 at Dana mall (maybe the fact is that this time I chose a "crackling" coil (which, by the way, does not crackle at all), but again he did not indicate the price for it). In the last stages of its winding, some customer came who did not like waiting for me to rewind the coil, and he began to say that he could have learned it himself, very rudely and unpleasantly, the seller could have said something to him in objection, and not to support. I came for a service and no one should care why I don't do it myself.
As a result, half an hour of time spent (although the intern at Dana mall rewound me much faster), an unspecified price, a spoiled mood and a tasteless vape leaking : \ although it may still be in the liquid, it's hard to say.
