In the beginning, when we were going to drive from Lugansk to Aushta, everything was great, the dispatcher called back several times to confirm, the bus was good, the drivers were friendly
When we were traveling from Alushta to Lugansk, it was a nightmare. The manager from Alushta said that there would be a white bus, but a red one arrived with other numbers and even 40 minutes late. It turns out that I have to approach all buses arriving at the bus station and ask if I am on the lists. And when it turned out that there was, then there were claims that I was waiting and the luggage should already be loaded. The manager did not call back and did not warn about the replacement, although she knew. Why do they take contact numbers? When I called and asked why we were not notified about the replacement of the bus, the answer was: the replacement happened quickly, but the manager knew about it, the time could have been warned, the bus arrived late. And you run around the bus station to all the buses in white and other colors.
I will not use this company anymore.
I am writing a review while there are still fresh emotions)! I was traveling to Crimea by another carrier company, where I was met by the drivers of the louts, the dirtiest bus, the most inconvenient. My first bus trip, I used to travel only in Turkey in buses, and I thought they were everywhere the same as there.) I entrusted the return trip to the ros-tour website. I was greeted by polite staff (drivers), helped with my luggage, and were attentive to all passengers throughout the trip! The air conditioner always worked! Even at customs all the waiting time! (Maybe this is normal, but this was not the case in another company). It is clear that buses, in principle, are not comfortable trips, but it was probably the best thing possible. The seats are soft, wide and well laid out. And most importantly, the bus was clean! I've checked everything! After the previous trip)! I didn't go to Moscow - I don't know)! I definitely advise you to go to Crimea!Thank you, with me, the review is as promised!
We went with this carrier to Krasnodar Territory, July 05 there, July 13 back. Minibuses are not exactly designed to transport people over long distances (750-800 km, 12-14 hours on the road). Especially those who are lucky enough to ride with the driver next to and in the very rear seats near the trunk, the seats are low, the head without a headrest support "dangles" all night. The carrier assured that only a minibus can travel along our route, explaining that there are "passes and serpentine roads". There are no serpentines there, there are wonderful Russian trails. And yes, large comfortable buses run perfectly there. No more with them. However, I would like to note the professionalism of the drivers, their experience, courtesy, and help, especially Sergey.
