Polite sellers who know how to sell. This is where the advantages of the axon company ended. I acquired the base of the Plateau, due to the fact that it was the only one that fit the characteristics. Everything was wonderful until the moment when the base leg bent!!!!!
I waited 2 months for a response on the claim, due to the fact that the claims specialist did not get in touch with anyone ... the answer came after the daily calls of the store, where the sellers answered, who very politely tried to help.
As a result, I received a letter with a bunch of grammatical errors (example: Dear Nikolai) and information that the basis is not theirs because there is no label, which was not on the basis (the mattress was indicated in the answer....)
I will not recommend this store to anyone
