The room itself is normal. But getting to it is creepy. I got lost twice in a large area of the plant before I got to them. Navigation in the form of arrows or labels is completely absent. And the ascent to the floor itself is a separate test - the 3rd or 4th floor of the PLANT is about a million steps up a low uncomfortable staircase without an elevator. Probably because of all this, their rent costs 2-3 rubles per month. But the difference in price between a normal rental and this - I pay with my feet and nerves.

It's a great place. Parking is nearby. The halls are clean and tidy. The administration is good, they help if necessary.
