The room itself is normal. But getting to it is creepy. I got lost twice in a large area of the plant before I got to them. Navigation in the form of arrows or labels is completely absent. And the ascent to the floor itself is a separate test - the 3rd or 4th floor of the PLANT is about a million steps up a low uncomfortable staircase without an elevator.
Probably because of all this, their rent costs 2-3 rubles per month. But the difference in price between a normal rental and this - I pay with my feet and nerves.

The boorish attitude of the administrator! Customers are not just not welcome there, but they constantly make comments from the doorstep. Things that were forgotten on the weekend are simply thrown away, there is no normal place for outerwear: get ready to meet it on the floor or they can leave your house altogether! The air conditioner never works in the gym, there is often not enough space in the changing rooms for evening groups, and it is stuffy.
I do not recommend these halls, it is better to choose other school locations.

Convenient location. Spacious halls. There are enough changing rooms. But I give 5 stars specifically for Teacher Gray.
