We had a winter vacation, January 2025. The hotel is nice, clean, beautiful territory, ice skates, slides, skis, all conditions, though for a fee. The STAFF deserves a special word, these are exactly the people who make your vacation!!! The girls and boys are friendly, ready to solve all problems, even to the point of changing the TV in the room and an additional table. They are allowed with small animals, which pleased me, no one had to attach the dogs. The breakfasts are delicious, and so is the kitchen. The rooms are really small, especially the standards. There are disadvantages, the sofa in the suite is broken, it is impossible to sleep on it, but the maid tried to solve this issue. There is not enough heated pool for complete enjoyment, it would be perfect! As it is, the sauna is cool, and so is the hammam, but it's impossible to enter the pool - it's icy, and you can cool off and go back. As it is, everything is great, the location of the hotel decides, the view is incredible, the cleanest air. Thank you Park House!

The hotel left a pleasant impression.It is located right on the shore of Lake Shchuchye, the coastline is well maintained, although the territory is not very large, the views of the lake are magnificent.The rooms are made in the style of a chalet, there is even authentic furniture made of natural wood, but in public areas there is not enough gloss, there is a little lack of design, everything is slightly hello from the Soviet style.I will especially mention the restaurant.Excellent cuisine , service , interior .I liked everything.In general, I recommend visiting especially in the summer.

We really liked this hotel. We have discovered a new vacation spot in Borovoye! I didn't even know about the existence of the village of Shchuchinsky, usually we always went to Burabai. The hotel is nice and big. The room is clean, cozy, everything you need for relaxation is there, a good bed, there are cable TV channels. Beautiful view from the balcony, especially convenient for my smoking husband)) Breakfast is a buffet, very varied food, there is everything for a full breakfast, everything is fresh, delicious, in a complex with stunning views from the window, I did not want to leave the dining room! There's a nice, polite girl at the reception, she told us everything. Thank you very much
