The Yerevan Mall office is not worth visiting at all. We just walked in, passing by, to ask them about Egypt tours to buy right away, and they answer questions as if you owe them millions of dollars, do not behave professionally, do not finish the nuances until you ask, they search you upside down with their eyes to understand whether you are solvent or not. As a result, thank God we didn't buy anything, and you lost a potential $2,500 at least, keep up the good work. In short, I do not advise them to buy anything at all, it is not worth it at all, a place for those who do not respect themselves and if you are ready to tolerate disrespectful attitude from such "employees" then please visit them. There are a lot of travel agencies in Armenia, we bought from others and are satisfied.

We took a tour for 10 people from Yerevan to Sharm El Sheikh, we took a tour to Gyumri, from a representative of Shelby tour Nune.We were very dissatisfied with the agent's work, starting with the selection of the tour, when you realize that you are not choosing, but you have a choice only from a few hotels with which they cooperate and ending with the accompaniment of a tour that did not exist.There was an action on Facebook that when buying a tour, you can take an excursion of your choice, as a result, we were deceived and did not provide anything, they misled us, and they simply stopped responding to our requests (it was our agent Nune, a representative in Gyumri).Also, we were not offered the registration of honey.insurance, which is simply necessary during the holidays, especially since we had 5 children with us.When we found out on arrival that there was no insurance, we asked Nune to apply, to which we received the answer that after departure she could no longer do anything.We had tourists with us who flew through other tour companies, they were very pleased with the escort, which cannot be said about Shelby Tour.We have something to compare it with, so I do NOT recommend this tour agency, in particular the representative office in Gyumri, an agent named Nune.I will write reviews everywhere, because I have never been in such a situation before when you were mistaken for a fool, it is very insulting.
