When I wanted to repair the Mi11T, there was a bad sound, both when talking and when listening to music. While I went to the store for ~ 10 minutes, everything was ready. The sound was like on a new phone, I thought I would need to replace the speaker, but the usual cleaning helped. I gave 20p for everything, although they would have charged more in other offices.
