The first time I ordered windows here, I was pleasantly surprised by the human attitude of the staff, explained and put everything on the shelves!!!
The second time the situation was exactly the opposite, upset by the disregard and indifference, "look there, choose for yourself ..." Apparently talking on the phone at this moment is more important than a potential client.
The third time I called on the phone, as a result, the employee was unable to consult on the question asked.

Terrible disregard for customers.The girl never came up, did not show or tell anything about the doors.Any word needs to be literally pulled out of it.As a result, they came several times, the price was suddenly raised for us because she did not know that the price had changed, the waiting time for installing the door was initially 10-15days...They left a deposit and three days later we were informed that the waiting time was now 45 days!!!I'm sorry, how is that?What is the attitude towards people?!
