Important! The certificate is issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure.
Have with you: a certificate from the veterinary clinic, a receipt, your passport, an animal's passport, if available / needed - credits.
The wait was 40 minutes. The certificate was issued in about 20 minutes. All questions were answered by competent specialists.

And it's better to take an animal with you - somewhere they say that an animal is not needed, but when I was there, the guys were not given a certificate without an animal. Before visiting, it is necessary to pay the state duty at the bank (at the veterinary clinic we were given such a long piece of paper for payment - so that the specialist would understand where and what to pay for). And they issued such a certificate.
