1. First you go to the clinic for help
2. Then you pay a fee of 200 lari to the bank, through the operator, so that there is a receipt (you can also pay in front of the clinic, not in principle)
3. Then you go to get the certificate, along with the animal.
Important! The certificate is issued no earlier than 72 hours before departure.
Have with you: a certificate from the veterinary clinic, a receipt, your passport, an animal's passport, if available / needed - credits.
The wait was 40 minutes. The certificate was issued in about 20 minutes. All questions were answered by competent specialists.
They came with a kitty to get a certificate for flying on an airplane.
Friends told me that the procedure takes 30 minutes, But I sat for 3 hours. So put in more time. And it's better to take an animal with you - somewhere they say that an animal is not needed, but when I was there, the guys were not given a certificate without an animal. Before visiting, it is necessary to pay the state duty at the bank (at the veterinary clinic we were given such a long piece of paper for payment - so that the specialist would understand where and what to pay for). And they issued such a certificate.
