The lady that works at this particular Ozon branch is truly one of the sweetest, most cheerful and polite people I have met in Russia so far. She doesn't speak English and I'm still learning Russian but without fail, every time I have a package arrive at this store, I am happy to go and collect it knowing I will be greeted with a big smile and an incredibly positive attitude. I don't know her name but she deserves a raise. 🥰👍🏻✨

Самые позитивные сотрудники ПВЗ Озона в районе Тульской! До этого обслуживалась в другом, есть с чем сравнить. Тут самые милые сотрудники

Мне очень понравился пункт)) Очень приятная женщина оперативно выдала заказ. И даже то, что еще не было оформлено, хотя мы вовсе не настаивали!!
