The organization itself works well: the procedure for disconnecting the landline phone took about 5 minutes, however, in order to completely complete the disconnection procedure, I had to go again and bring the missing documents.
Pros: polite staff (the operator called back and clarified the passport details required to complete the procedure).
Cons: lack of feedback (when we arrived with the missing documents, it turned out that the operator can get the data independently, without the participation of the subscriber).
If it wasn't for the second trip, which was wasted, I could have given five stars
