I called, manager JULIA answered, explained everything, okay, gave the number of the installer VLADISLAV, was in touch with him, sent photos of the boiler (chimney and pipes to it). Notified that on 02.10.2024, Mingaz will arrive, turn off the gas from the boiler, that you need to pick up the boiler. Then ANTON (another installer) called me, again I deleted all the photos and told me everything, we stayed in touch. When he called, I couldn't talk, I said I'd call back. I called , as a result, "no answer, no greetings." Already 03.10.24 I am still "in touch"👍I understand that a difficult case is possible , etc. , but it was possible not to pull the cat for ....
