We indicated the fifth floor, but we went out to the entrance anyway, onto the street, but the courier never reached it, as a result, they took my order for themselves, they did not return the money. We just gave away 300,000 money, waited for three pizzas, hungry, and got nothing in the end. The courier just didn't show up, and took the order for himself. The money was not returned. I'm terribly disappointed.
